I decided to take a road trip to Ahoskie to pick up some parts. Bweavy was very friendly, good to deal with and knew everything I wanted. I'd gladly do buisness with again.

Was that you on the black SUV?

That was my wife waiting patiently for me. :) I was inside.

Yeah I noticed you were in a white Chevy truck, Brian went out there to talk to you. It wasn't until he came back in he said "Oh that was Shane, owner of the Turbo Buick board."

I didn't even know or I would have came out to say hello.

Yep that was me! Maybe catch you there next time:cool:

Of course all good things come to an end. Especially when someone makes assumptions on you based on what they know nothing of.

I will spare the words, nevermore shall I do buisness with this guy.

Believe me when I saw my switch on e-bay that was suppose to be shipped back I felt the same.
Ticking time bomb, please educate yourself.

I did educate myself. It's called "steer clear of this clown".

Posts & e-mails, No problem communicating now.
You got caught selling a part on e-bay that you didn't return.
Your replacement part showed up. Bottom line.
Complained you were broke so I should of known better. Don't worry about steering clear we already have taken care of that for you.

Yeah I didn't return the part because your business has a bad reputation of not getting stuff out on time or getting the customer's orders wrong and not corrected until hounded followed by legal action.

With that said, you really think I'm just going to blindly send back my part and not have received my new one first? Don't think so pal.

And if you were sending a new one out you should have notified me, which you did not. In fact had it not been for my ex land lord finding it 2 days after I moved I would have never had it.

It should not have to be the customers job to ride your ass to make sure they get the parts they paid for. That is YOUR responsibility. And if you can't do that, you have no business running a business. That's called poor managerial skills.

Plus this wasn't my first clash with you either, as last time was for a knock gauge thru the internet that ended up being a 2 month stand off that required me having to get Paypal involved, despite the numerous times I tried contacting you. (Of course the gauge ended up being an abnormally functioning unit but that's another story)

Which was why I came to your shop in person. I wasn't chancing ordering online anymore w/you for that simple reason. I even told your boys that and they seemed to understand. Now I won't do it at all, but I also know I'm not the first customer you've lost.

Yes I will admit I tried to sell the part to recoup the money wasted since I had no idea there was a package at my door until after I had moved.

You said that you had a replacement part in stock when I called 2 days after coming up and 5 days before I had to move - that takes 2 days tops to mail it from 27910 to 28390 via USPS.

Of course you also didn't bother to contact me on this matter until AFTER you saw that I had my part listed roughly a month later.

OK Look you lying Ass clown....
Don't e-mail me like your never going to screw me it was an innocent mistake & I would never do this to you Brian.

Then once your caught in a blatant lie threaten me. Talk a bunch of B.S. about my company. Little bad ass behind the keyboard.

RE-READ

You got your parts, you were suppose to return mine. You got caught selling it on e-bay & now you make the part sound like a ticking time bomb.
On your e-bay add it was the rarest piece found, Hard to find item. You had it sold for $130.00. You were going to send me the $ or the part. I stated a while ago in your thread ship it back to me.
Then your 2 face ass turns around & states I'm not concerned for my customers safety???
I guess at $130.00 You could give 2 Sh**ts about that persons safety?
So is it dangerous or not? Terrible of me to sell it to you by accident & make it right, or for you to sell it on e-bay to make a profit???

Stop being so too faced & saying I don't care & you do.That clearly isn't the problem. You are broke & needed the $. That is what you told me when you were here.

GM drop shipped your parts. Never had a problem with Eric Fisher (Turbofish38 ) & shipping from GM. You received yours then you sold my part.

The statements above crack me up. Read your other posts. You contradict yourself in your own post.

Once again we told you in your original post send it back & we will get you another out. You can't e-mail but can post.

Like I build Knock gauges here.

My last post you can state what ever you want after this. I don't care.
Next time you see me you can say to my face what you e-mailed me.

Wow guy you must really like to hear yourself talk. Yet you speak of "hoping one grows up".

Sorry I never lied to you, but you can ASSume all you want to.

When did I threaten you? Please post it. Oh that's right, you can't, just another lie made up against me. And what I said about the company is the truth. Learn to wear the shoe that fits.

If you were suggesting I drive 1000 + miles thru the mountains in treacherous conditions with a known to be faulty pressure switch, then to me that means you do not care. I suppose the liability issue didn't concern you one bit?

And since you asked I labeled it for a SHOW RIG, meaning "trailer queen" or "a car that does not get driven"....you were actually suggesting I use this as a back up.

And what's this profit I supposedly made off of this item? I was offering it at $130. I paid you $155 for it and I didn't even have my replacement switch in hand. I hardly call that a profit.

Contradict myself? Hardly. I admitted my side of the story while you continue to leave out bits and pieces of the puzzle. I spoke of the truth as I saw it and even gave you the benefit of the doubt, MEANWHILE you jump to conclusions before you even know half of the story.

In reference to "And if you were sending a new one out you should have notified me, which you did not. In fact had it not been for my ex land lord finding it 2 days after I moved I would have never had it."...that means you should have e-mailed me and said "hey man I dont have one in stock, it's going to have to drop ship"....but you see you don't even check your email anyways, much less stay in contact with anyone on their orders so what are you trying to prove here?

Last but not least I love how you label me a bad ass behind a computer, yet you are the one wanting to start a fight in person talking about "the next time we meet". As if I even want anything to do with you anymore. Sorry I steer clear of people like you.

This must be you hard at work....

But it's all good, take a chill pill. Your switch has been mailed to you, you'll probably see it in a day or two. Meanwhile I'm nominating you for ITG quarterly...
