Haily is back in hosp, had been home for a bit, then had water in her lungs,
went back in, then home for a week, now back for more chemo,
shes upbeat about it, still only weighs 72 lbs.
All the thoughts and prayers are so appreciated.

Any updates? I'm trying to get something small together for her.
Lee ,Make sure she stays thinking positive and in good spirits. My son is a cancer surviver and he will tell you that staying positive was what helped him beat cancer.
You need to go visit this link. You will find alot of helpfull info there and you can even start her own page for her. Your whole familys life is going to change after all this and when she is all better and cancer free you can look back and say that no matter how much it cost and how much you lost,,,,You still have Haliey and nothing else will matter.

update

Haily's Birthday was yesterday, she is 14,
she's doing ok, actually gained 2 lbs, now 74 lbs,
chemo is damaging red blood cells, so will have to undergo blood transfusion,
but is very upbeat.
they do a scan to observe the tumors around the heart, but don't say much, good or bad!
very stressful for mom & dad,

I just recieved a call

from Hailys dad, said Dr had called a bit ago today ( yea it's sunday!), and ...........
gave Haily a clean bill of health, totally cancer free!
she will still be monitored, and followups are the norm for a while.

Thanks to all of you for your support, it has helped!

I deeply appreciate your generosity,
Haily last weekend was prounced "cancer free"
her parents have settled up with the hospital,
we are very grateful for all the support and well wishes.
at this time I would feel better if you held on to your help.
do not misinterpret my intentions, I am so over whelmed by the support from here, and the auto community in general,
I reread this post from the beginning, and it brings tears to my eyes.
there is no way to say thanks to all who offered help/prayers.
I had doubts about how strong and how benefitial prayer really is.
NOT ANY MORE!
Haily was here this morning, starting to get her eye brows back,
and has fuzz on her head, I held her pretty tight this am, she asked if everything was ok?
I told her everything was good, she asked if she could visit my brothers grave site ( services were last sat) I said sure,we can do lunch too!
she was up for that. ( more misty eyes)

You guys make me appreciate what we do have, the best I can offer is
the biggest and most sincere thank you.
