I think that I've got a problem with my Pro-Pain injection kit (Injection & Overboost activate at 0psi no matter what settings on the controller). Who would I contact to get it rectified. I am just now ready to use the kit (tune next week) and I need to get this fixed in a hurry.

Those two dials are screw in type dials, are you able to crank em in all the way? Don't do it tightly, but crank em in all the way then back out till the settings are what you want.

I've adjusted it every way possible...same thing happens. Both overboost and std injection lights activate

Do the switches tighten down or just continue to spin? JayC is the man you need to talk to...try sending him a PM.

I wanted to publicly thank Dan at OGS. He is putting together a new control box for me as we speak and sending it out in time to enable me to keep my tuning appointment next week. He is even setting up the default settings to support the amount of bbost that I want to run (not GN btw, but maybe someday). Thanks Dan.:)

I wanted to bring this thread back to the top and post an update.

I just spoke with Dan at OGS regarding your control unit. As I understand it, he has sent/is sending you a replacement.

That being said, the control unit you returned had been blatently tampered with. The glue used to cover the screw holes to the case was removed. Furthermore, the glue used to cover the circuit board had been removed as well. Finally, the problem you had with the controller to begin with was caused by the fact that someone removed the shafts from both pressure switches and lost the springs out of them.

I don't think that you did this (Just to clear that up), but I know where that kit went when it left OGS. It was sold to one of our distributors, Dynamic Racing and in turn sold to where you purchased it. I have no reason to believe Matt at Dynamic would disassemble the control box so you can figure out on your own how it occured.

That being said, since we have been doing the propane kit, interestingly enough, we have had a total of 1 return from a customer and your control box returned. That's all. In both cases, the control boxes had been opened and tampered with.

I want to first thank Dan at OGS for all of his help. I got the box in time to get the car tuned just as I had asked. I'm a little confused by your post Jay. Are you saying that the box had been tampered with prior to my install shop getting it (I hope not, because I had to pay an extra $75 repair charge)? I dont think my install shop would have tampered with it because we never get a chance to do any tuning with it.

The box was purchased back in November of last year, however it wasn't used until a few of weeks ago (engine was being rebuilt over the winter). I didn't realize that it didn't work correctly until I started to try it out. At the end of the day, I'm just happy that the new box is working and I appreciate this board (for the advice and information contained within) and Dan at OGS for making it happen.

That's correct. At some point between leaving Dynamic Racing and arriving in your hands, the box was tampered with.
