I know we had a upgrade going on here on the board. I've been having issues logging in using the computer and my cell phone. I try using both the app which I have deleted and downloaded again a few times.i have also tried using the Internet through the phone and not the app. Sometimes I can sporadically log in.

Is it just me or anyone else?

I am hearing the same thing from others. Jay is working on it. Please send us screen shots of the errors you are receiving if you don't mind! Try clearing your cookies too please!

I had a problem a handful of times mostly on the computer. I'm sure it will all be worked out soon. We just went through a major website upgrade on www.alradco.com and it did take a week or so for everything to sync up. There's a ton of behind the scenes work that goes into a site like this. Hopefully we'll back to full speed soon.

It acts like this website doesn't even exist for me. I have had more time not being able to get on here then being able to get on

Same prob. The ability to log on is a daily hit or miss for me..

I believe a lot of this is related to Network Solutions and their recent issues. Their DNS servers seem to have having some real issues. I would suggest flushing your DNS cache (Open command prompt with admin privledges and type ipconfig /flushdns) and clearing cookies. Just a couple of days ago I got sent to the old site and I KNOW the DNS was changed because I changed it myself.

Try this it helped mine and working great now , add 8.8.8.8 , 8.8.4.4 on the dns , mine was on automatic , so i put these numbers in it and it works great now on the pc

That picture you displayed is the same thing I see on my android phone at least 9 out of 10 attempts to access the sight. @JayC

Fortunately I don't have as much trouble with my laptop. Only fails to access about once a day.
