Pushrod selection?

I have a set of 3/8" chrome molly pushrods .045" thick. Should I use something different?

What kind of spring psi are you going to running?

Like Lazaris said at least .120. Manton makes A .160 that would also be good.

It seem's I can;t use a 3/8" pushrod they rub too much in the heads, might have to go back down to 5/16" @.115 thick, Smith bros says they are rated to over 700 psi open psi.

I have some .116 wall 5/16ths pushrods From smith brothers. They are very nice. Not too expensive either.
