First what is people's opinions on putting the Sphon 1 5/16" sway bar on the front of my GN, is it really gonna help me? I am looking for a car to handle well not so much worried about the launching factor, so I am curious if replacing my stock one with this one is actually gonna help.

Now for my rear swaybar, I have the huge ATR swaybar, what advantages if any does the H&R Parts and stuff rear sway bar have and is it any bigger than the huge one ATR sold?

Please let me know at your earliest convience, and thank you for your time.

There has to be someone that knows swaybars or suspension, I am in need of any help anyone can provide.

Lots of posts in the Brakes, Suspension,... Section. Just do a search for "sway bar", Handling", etc.
My personal preference for Great handling is a Heavy front bar, Stock rear bar, Lowering Springs, Best Shocks.
I think you will find as many opinions as there are suspension options !

I have big bars front and rear, boxed rear arms, Eibach prokit springs and KYB gas-a-justs, handles great, your rear bar is excelent. The HR bar is the ****, I plan on installing one this winter. Thats My .02cents, this is a topic of large debate, the Gn has many owners who are much more wise and mature than for say the DSM cars, with the questions you will fine many answers, but from more a more tried and true group, when it comes to sway bars, bigger is not always better, a larger front or rear bar will have handling effects on the car, some like it some dont, there are some things that I would personally do before big bars, For instance...

-Replace bad and missing body bushings with poly ones
-poly front suspension bushings
-poly rear bushings and boxed arms top and bottom (If you have a welder you could box your own very cheaply)
-back seat brace from kirban

Bang for bang those items will be more noticable than a larger front bar, and as for the rear, if you choose to replace it PM me, ill buy yours, your less than 20 mins. away.....HTH, Ryan

The general consensus of opinion for basic street handling is to leave the front alone and increase the size of the rear.
The HRParts&Stuff rear sway bar set-up is a complete assembly and is probably the best there is with a lean towards drag racing. It is healthy enough in size & integrity that a lot of peeps leave the front sway bar completely off for the weight savings, there again, probably best for drag racing.
Considering that you have already done the ATR rear bar, then you might want to consider replacing & or installing lower or lower & upper body bushings, better shocks, better springs, better rear upper & lower control arms, some chassis strengthening components such as braces. The list is endless. As mentioned above, a search will prove invalueable for suspension modifications & improvements. Try Pro touring.com additionally. HTH

All good advice. To me, the advantage to the HNR rear bar is the adjustability of it. The ATR bar is not adjustable.

For non-drag racing applications, the beauty of having big balanced front and rear sway bars is you can go with softer springs and still have a great ride AND great handling.

Only problem with HNR bar is the cost (ouch).
