Replacement fuel filter for Aeromotive Filter

I have an Aeromotive fuel filter (10 micron, -10AN) and need a new filter cartridge. The original filter cartridge ie by Purolator and is #1748635 but NAPA and Advance Auto cannot cross-reference it. Can anyone help me?
