So, let’s take a silly little poll to help me make my silly little mind up..
Twins or single turbo?
I have everything I need for the twins. They are ATR headers with TE-63’s. If I go single, I will have to sell the twins setup and buy a larger single turbo, something 70-76mm-ish. Plan for the car is to have plenty of stupid power, and since it will be 99.9% street driven, it needs to be able to roll into boost early enough to be entertaining and not be a turd. Car has a TH400 and ~3,400 stall converter and 3.55 rear gear.
Here is a pic of what the twins would look like, and I am sure you can imagine what a single turbo looks like by now. Of course cruise night appeal would definitely go to the twins, but what does the Turbo Buick family think????

What do u like better one nipple or two!!!! 3 is just to much!!!! Hummmm!;):D:p

One big single. Its going to be easier to upgrade one turbo if you decide to change direction with your build. Even a 76mm would be an instant tire fryer.
AG.

Mike and Allan, one of you needs to change your avatar, it's too confusing when you both post!

I read the "big single" and saw the avatar and thought "what the hell Mike, you just said twins!?"

:)

Fixed. Mike is now the guy in the right hand drive GN pulling the front tires! ;)

I'd say twins since you have everything and it will get a lot more attention. I'd also give Precision a call to see what they recommend for sizing etc.

Peter! Good to hear from you brother, hope all is going great with the fam. The new ALRADCO powerstroke IC's look siiiick! I saw them on facebook. Makes me want to buy another Ford SD.

I already have the turbos, so if I do stay with the twins I may just run the 63's for now until everything else is in order then upgrade. Car should be picked up from the seller tomorrow, just got off the phone with the driver. I will be hitting you up for a rad and fan setup ASAP!

Family is great buddy, hope all is well with you. Are you ever going to finish one of these cars or you trying to be like me?? :D
Yeah we really hit it out of the park with our intercoolers. One of our customers made 1668 rwhp a few weeks ago and it's not a race truck. Drives it all the time, goes wheelin, etc. Crazy what people are doing these days.

Thanks for the support and get this thing done!

With your luck, I'd say go NA B.:ROFLMAO: Richard does have a lift reserved just for you, doesn't he?:p

This one is getting finished! This one will be the stupid fast driver that will get cleaned up along the way and will be a driving project, like it is meant to be for me!

Hey, which one of those PSICs will fit my car?! I will fab up the pipes! Seriously, the stock aluminum PSIC is in a handful of GNs now, why now the ALRADCO psic!? I am down to be the first! ;)

One other thing to help decide between single or twin turbos is intercoolers! Single inlet/outlet IC is easy, dual in/single out may be a little tougher... :(
