Site slow with script errors...

None of the issues here except the search issue I already mentioned...and noticed the other day that they started doing 'hot link' ads on key words in the middle of the text. Is that old and I never noticed before? Or is that as new as I think it is?

I mean when you type certain words like part names (i.e. injectors and stuff like that) or sponsered names (like ebay) some of them are a hyperlink to an add....

Slow as all hell on the home pc and laptop. Full site flies though on my droidx2 using the default browser connected to my home wifi. I use my phone 95% of the time anyways.

This stuff is beyond my expertise I am using IE8 with NO problems at all... Fast as it can be...

Mine was fine before, I was using an old version of Firefox.

I just updated it, and now it is terrible.. takes forever to load

seems to be better with Chrome. Will keep experimenting.

The skimresources script changes keywords in your posts into links to sponsored ads. The script must have issues in firefox.

I don't have Errors but it's been Sloooooow ever since the site changed and many Pics just lockup my PC, have to close & reopen Browser. Sounds like my Hdrive is gonna hit the Rev limiter since the site changed?? What causes this, Beta sites ??

ive been getting script errors alot the past few days...also sometimes when i click on the site from a google search it wont go to the forums, instead it goes to FileStore123.info - Your File Hosting any idea why that is?

My phone works great on the site but my firefox wants to keep downloading the ads, any way to view on a pc and block the ads and banners that take a lot of time to download?

Yes, I keep getting these script errors as well. Also the site is slow and still the search feature doesn't show the most recent searches.

Sure there's a way. Start using a better browser. I tried FF for several months. Used it right along side of IE8 and Chrome. Used all 3 on a daily basis. Got tired of all the glitches, fits/starts, stalls, etc of FF and dumped it.

Now running IE9 and very happy I am. Chrome is working well also.

I don't understand why so many are so enamoured with FF with all its inherent problems.

Give something else a try. IE had come a long way in the last couple years. And if you're dead set against it, give Chrome a try.

I have run the site on 2 different computers. Both on IE7 or 8 and NO problems....

5 computers, at work and home, both Xp and Windows 7, IE 8 and 9 and still slow loading by the ads.

happe ns to me with both firefox and IE...also, did anyone test going to google, searching turbobuick.com and clicking the link? i swear just about every other time i do that i get sent to a fileshare site...maybe this has something to do with the script errors, which bythe way are as annoying as they are frequent...
