Trying to get a stock car sorted out and wanted to post the base line scan numbers at idle to get some imput. Only mods are fuel pump, hot wire kit, 009's, 237 fuel reg & eric's street chip what do you see?

Idle
02's 750's-810's range
AF - 06
L8 - 38-40 range
Bat - 13.9 volts
Int - 128
BL - 117
Clt - 164*
Rpm - 825-850 range
tps - .44 - 4.34 range
Iac- 15
CC - 73 not cycling New Bosch 02 sensor
Mal- 00

Car seems to be rich, not sure but I'm getting white smoke at idle.

The only thing that shows is the BLM is indicating a rich condition but is within specs.
I had this problem with 40s & my translator.
Even though my MAF was in spec, I corrected my problem by updating my translator chip.

Could the fact that the cross counts are not cycling be part of the problem with a rich condition? This is a new bosch o2 sensor and it should be cycling.

Not for sure but don't think cc move on TT chip @ idle.
Was the chip setup to work with the 237 reg?

cross counts

ES1 is correct on the ccs. the TT chip only uses closed loop idle the first time after an ecm reset to learn what it needs. u are supposed to idle or run the car to operating temp the first key on after a reset. then every start from then on idle will be open loop and slightly rich to keep it smooth. personally I don't like to see a blm lower than 120 or higher than 136, but you should be ok.

I was thinking the same as ES1. Also the rich condition can atributed to that new fp and hot wire. It moves alot more fuel.
Do you have adjustable fp reg.? What is your fp? With a reg. and a adjustable chip you could dial it in.

Keep in mind its not the source of the smoke. Like ES1 said its still within rage for correction, so the end burn should not be any different.
Smoke's from something else. I would take a look at the turbo.

Like was mentioned, TT chips use an open loop idle so that is the reason your O2's are not cycling at idle. Your BLM's are well within range. I would be more concerned with the smoke. If the smoke dissipates quickly it indicates water vapor. If it lingers then it's most likely oil.

TTA 237 non adj fuel regulator but it does have Eric's adjustable chip. I wanted a stock look under the hood, I guess I could temp throw a fuel psi gauge on it to see where I'm at. I was thinking the tta reg was about 43 psi line off. Seems like the smoke has lightened up a lot but I have not let it run over 20 min today. I wish I could take it for a drive but no tag & ins yet and brakes need bleeding. I'm getting there thou...... this car sit for five years so I had a little work ie. new timing chain, new main seal, all gaskets replaced except for head gaskets, new water pump, new valve spring & seals, new vacuum lines, rad rodded & flushed, etc.
