Spring Rate for Front Coil-overs??

Anyone know what spring rate works on front? Would like a nice ride. I have stiff sway bar to get the handling I want. 450 lb/inch??

Stock front's are 347 lbs/in Conrad so that would give you a little stiffer ride.
