On the stress relief I think on A seasoned block all the heat cycle it gets does the same thing. still stock location.

Just read this, Now, this guy is smart defiantly like that idea. I thought of trying something like this except using dowel pins. Thanks for sharing.

We worked with Chris on this a while ago. We talked for a long time on the phone shooting ideas back and forth. We ran into one problem. here is a couple of pics of one of our blocks that we did to this modification to. and the the notes we sent to Chris at the time. maybe it would work a little better with the higher nickle stage blocks or maybe it would work better if we did not modify the thrust main but take a look.
