Well it's pretty simple. You come up with the money and Nick sends you one.
To answer your question, if you want to make 700 or more hp reliably you will need one of these blocks. There will be those who say they do it all day on stock parts but they last a very short time.

It takes a lot of money to make hp, a Buick motor takes a little more.
