too much fuel

I JUST PUT ON MY T70 trbo and made a 2cd to 3rd pass and logged it , it says target air fuel is 11.5 (WOT) but actual i 9.19
do i need to lower the numbers in the base ve table to help correct for this ? the car seems awful slow for all the parts i have,
also i have a stock intercooler right now (waiting for cotton to get his cores)thanks for the help

Yes, and use the overlay feature of the sw to put the logged data over the VE table to see the cells where you were actually moving through.

when that rich how much lower should you start making the numbers?

Well 9.19 may be a pegged rich reading so I think you're probably at least 10% off Better to come down from being way rich than from way lean, so you're taking the right approach IMO.
