Trans pan bolts...2 longer than the others

I have 2 bolts longer, by about 1/4", than the rest but have lost track of where the long ones are supposed to go.

This is an aftermarket pan that included these bolts...so I am unsure if 2 should be longer than the others and go in a specific place, or did I just get a handfull of bolts with 2 being longer than the rest???

I think the longer bolts hold the bracket that holds the shifter cable.

Bob's car is a Limited so he does not have the bracket that holds the cable.
Most TRs have the bracket, this is why the longer bolts are included in the kits. I explained this to Bob years ao but he has forgotten.
