hello; well ladies and gentleman I think because my car hasn't been driven much the last couple of years this summer I spent more on it than I wanted to.
new power master(my choice I hope I don't regret)
new exhaust (I did'nt have to but wanted a change)
basic other stuff (front brakes valve cover gaskets and such)
now the latest I need a rear main seal
I should now be able to put it away for the winter and just get new tires come spring and be able to fine tune. But a local guy has his sons G/N in the body shop and should be out soon and depending how I like it maybe mine might have some body work also.

This year for my Limited it was:

1) New topside paint & hood bump silder w stripe & black knockout decals.
2) New complete brake setup
3) New front bumper fillers
4) new fiberglass rear bumper fillers (working on them currently)

I replaced my heater core today. The aftermarket one is aluminum and weighs about half of the factory brass one so I probably picked up a tenth or two! :p
 
Blew a bead gasket, put a dent in the driver door, and drank more than I ever had drank before over a car...but theres always next year!

We got the TSM combo together and to BG and C-bus. Laid down our first legal 9 sec passes with more to come before year's end. My wife announced this morning that she wanted to go to Reynolds and stay fri and sat nights :biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:

OMG- Where do I start? Let's see.......

- Swapped out incorrect 7.5" 3.73 rear axle for correct 8.5" 3.42 axle (including UMI tubular control arms, rear cover girdle, s10 wheel cylinders, ATR-style swaybar, and aluminum brake drums).

- Near perfect stock GN wheels to replace my "well worn" originals.

- Installed Scanmaster.

- LT1 MAF and Translator.

- 160 degree thermostat and billet housing.

- Adjustable fuel psi regulator and fuel psi gauge.

- Spark plugs.

- Wiper motor.

- O2 sensor.

- Replaced almost every lightbulb for the outside lighting.

- Relocated charcoal cannister.

- Radiator hoses and bracket.

- Duttweiler-necked intercooler, and Kirbans fiberglass intercooler scoop.

- Front frame braces.

- Kirbans rear seat braces.

- Volt booster.

- NOS hood pad.

- NOS washer and coolant bottles.

- NOS dash top plate.

- Replacement t-top interior mouldings to replace my busted originals.

- Sun visors.

- Upper door pull mouldings & covers.

- Kirbans console top plate insert kit.

- Stereo & speakers.

- Tachometer, boost, and knock gauges.

- Fuel pump hot wire kit.

- Fixed wobbly tilt steering column.

- Steering column multi-function switch.

- Fixed non-working horn.

- Installed u-jointed steering shaft.

- Fixed 1000 wiring issues (only 1000 more to go :( ).

- Fixed turbo oil drainback tube leak.

- Installed a bunch of missing brackets and screws here and there (tons more to go).

- CLEANING! Lots of cleaning.

- DRIVING- It has been my everyday driver since April first!!

I'm putting it away for the winter at the end of this month :( . I did leave a few things for next year though: Install TA49 turbo, 3" downpipe, RJC powerplate, 42.5 lb injectors & TT chip, install new carpet and interior upholstery.

hello; WOW it looks like I did nothing by some of them posts! I thought I was the only one spending money on a old car. We'll keep america going. I'am glad I have a job and some OT for this stuff.
