My brother and I always bust each others chops about having a race car. So at what point is a GN considered a Race Car?

Turbo Size?
Roll Bar?
Roll Cage?
No A/C?
Suspension mods?
Converter N/L?
Alum Block?

Just curious what others think

When it gets to the point that it's so modified that you leave it in another state.:p

Mine can't be a race car, because I'm always asked to leave the racetrack whenever I run it. I guess that makes it a street car.:D

When it doesn't pass state inspection.

No ac and a roll cage.......and its towed to every buick event!!

it's a personal thing.. if John Force wanted to, he could put license plates on his funny car and drive it on the street..

but what about those people that run race gas in cars they run on the street?
I'd hate to have to end an evening of spirited driving because I have to drive back to the house or track to fill up.

Never said you can't drive your race car on the street;-)

this is a great question with lots of awesome answers lol

what about missing seats?

When you have spent more on upgrades than you spent on the car ( my car was not cheap either)...LOL
I still consider it a street car though, AC and no cage...YET.
