Who else has been scammed buy Paul Castlebuono of World of Motorworks??

So I thought I would make a post of how much of a dirtbag this guy is and warn everyone against his shady practices. I sold Paul a climate control for one of his Mercedes cars on Ebay a few weeks back. He then claimed it was damaged and would be sending it back for a refund. So 2 weeks later I get the package back in the mail and it is not even the same unit I shipped out to him! (I mark all my parts with a paint pen thoroughly) This unit he returned to me was broken, cracked and looked like it was bashed with a hammer a few times. This is common for idiots that do not know how to remove the part to destroy them when they pull them out.

I then looked up Paul on the net and found that this guy has ripped off MANY PEOPLE! I am just amazed at how a guy can try and pull some sh*t like this. I mean this is the kind of stuff some teenage punk would do, not an old timer like Paul? Anyways, sorry this is not Buick related but I just needed to vent about this A-hole and I wanted to know who else besides myself have been scammed by this scumbag.

i am glad i have not boughting anything from him. This year he was at jefferson car show selling some parts,i got a card from him and was thinking of calling to order some parts ...well i guess not now.

I write in paint pen my inventory number and also mark all screws so I can tell if the units are tampered with. I also wrap all of my units in bubble wrap. The unit he returned had pry mark all over it and NO PAINT on it. I am just at a loss of words how a guy can try this sh*t.

I bought a t shirt and a sweatshirt from him in november and still didnt get them when i email him he keeps repling me with the same message "ill check the traciking" I wish he lived closer to me so i can beat the crap out of him but i guess he needs the $40 bucks that he scammed me bought him a mansion Its not the money its the principal

This feedback fourm is for this site only. Not ebay. I know Paul and he seems like a pretty stand up guy to me. I know no one is perfect and everyone make mistakes. But keep it between you two guys. I not taking any sides either. Its just fair to keep it between the two of you.

I have dealt with Paul personally and know others also who never had a problem.

You should have addressed this complaint to the proper channels at e-bay where it should be resolved instead of blasting him here which you have done with the same post in 3 different threads.

Sounds like you have a motive other than your alleged rip-off?

You are also off-base here just by your personal attack on Paul with your subject of this thread.

This forum is to try and resolve issues with Buick venders, it is not a public whipping post.

You may have a legitimate issue, but so far your anger has over-whelemed you to the point of revenge, not resolution.

It would be appropriate to identify yourself so we can determine if you are for real, and if so, the venders here would know who they are dealing with, and can choose to do that or not.

I know what my decision would be!

I put up with 3 months of frustrations dealing with Paul this past summer. I can believe everything you posted here and in your other post. Never again!!!

this was posted on another car site .. Where this guy says paul told him the part was for his wife's car .. Paul has many cars. Not one is a benz

paul is a liar and a thief!!!!! i bought some parts from him four months or longer ago and still no parts!!!! every time i call him if anyone answers they always say i have to check let me call you back!!!! and never a call back!!! he is a worthless person.. i would not piss on him if he was on fire!!! he got me for 500 dollars . so beware of world of motorworks . paul
