What do you guys think of the appearance of 6 vs 12 point nuts & bolts?
I am intending to slowly detail my '87 with Stainless fasteners in the non-critical applications (exhaust, intake, valve covers, etc). Suspension and high stress fasteners will remain OEM steel.
One decision is whether the new SS fasteners should be 6- or 12-point heads.
Sometimes I find myself liking the look of 12-point, but I vacillate.
Any practical downsides of 12-point, such as more likely to round off heads?
