Well i sent this guy a deposit via PAYPAL and havnt heard from him since. Am i F__CKED now or what? What Leagal action can i take to get my loot back. Anyone know where this guy lives I will personally pay him a visit! I just read some post about this guy, wish i would have done a little research prior to this whole deal. WTF was I thinkin!

I know this guy...he is really really really really busy. He is often up until 1-2am working on customers computers.

He was pretty legit when I dealt with him, he just took a while.

I wouldnt worry man, just shoot him an email. He was an awesome guy to work with, and always made sure the product he sent out was top-notch.

I knew that was him enough with he is busy.....do a search on this board under Two Lane a very nice older guy that got shafted by this slime. He was selling rims, two lane paid him $1100.00 and never got his rims

He ignored Two Lanes phone calls and e-mails, then when we saw him on the other board, he claimed he is going through rough times Mr.Drama queen. I felt bad and tried to get it resolved for Two Lane but with no luck.

Funny rough times, yet he was on the other site buying parts. The older members here will remember Two Lane a great guy, I think he passed away from cancer a few years back

If memory serves me correct, this crook lives in upstate NY. Check LS1 and LS2 I think I have seen him over there.

Scott I can only assume. We use to chat through e-mail daily and I unloaded some parts for him when he got sick. Then he was history, no e-mails, no phone calls, etc. myself and Ty have tried to reach him numerous times. He had told me he was very sick with the big C. I can only hope he beat it and just disappeared, however the last I spoke to him he was not doing very well

Weird his name should come up tonight as Ty found a Two Lane on http://www.gnttype.org/ we are going to e-mail that user, but unlikely it has anything to do with him.

He was good people, we had lots of fun around here with him

I was going to take a road trip for him to this POS house to get his money, but he told me to let it go. Out of respect for him I did, as he was really sick and the last thing on his mind was his $$$$

Im cool with the back i got a friends they dont say much though. One name is. Well the names arnt importrant are they. Hopefully we can get the issue resolved before they have to get involved. Or Mr JOhn C. if you kindly return my deposit Ill forget about this whole ordeal and call it lesson learned. If I do not resolve this issue (Get my deposit back) best believe its will not be a good sitution for you. Anyone with his where abouts or addy please PM me.

If you could kindly give me the address I would appreciate. Again if my issue is not resolved here shortly. I may have to use that info and pay a visit. I have people in upstate NY. TO my knowledge hes near Watertown from my conversation with him. None the less any info you have on his where abouts would be appreciated. He doesnbt know who hes F__Cked with. This lil bit of money is gonna cause him alot of pain if i dont get my money back.

Well i just got off the phone with John C. Seems there may have been some miscommunication. Seems I had his home number and not his cell phone number. Anyways seems that hes back in town now and we are communicating which is the good thing. So hopefully we can resolve this issue easily and quickly. Ill let you know how it goes. Thanks Jovi
