ATR V band clamps

I would like to order a quality set of V band clamps for my 3 bolt ATR headers. The flange measures roughly 2 5/8". Not too sure what size I should order...

I did, the flange is 2 5/8. I just didn't know if I would be able to get enough threads if the 2.25 is too small.

No. The pipe diameter doesn't matter. The flange circumference does. They used an odd size.

Thats strange...I have ordered 2.5 v band clamps and it slides over 2.5 pipe snug to be welded up.

Contact them and see how they measure them. There are several ways each company measures them and you need to ask.

I got you now, I think we're talking apples and oranges here.

My headers already have the flanges welded on them (from ATR). I am just looking for a set of clamps. I could order a 2.25" clamp, but since the flange is 2 5/8", it might not leave enough threads on the bolt.
