So mr Tee sits another day, the weather out here is terrible and has been the last few weeks. Im working on the t-tops a little bit, but most of all im working on the steering wheel that right, the steering wheel. i found a junked t-type wheel from that turbo skyhawk i found and pulled the cap out to fit it on a grant racing wheel. If i had more tools id be done by now theres some plasic that needs to be shaved down because its warping the horn ring when you put it in the cap and will break it over time. Ill make a junkyard run maybe later today.

on another note i got some classic magazines featuring our carbed turbo cars... car and driver, popular hot rodding, and motor trend. very interesting articles. and the 1983 t-type burnout was pretty sweet. I guess back in the day they were good tire burners.

been a while since i posted here. house where i was staying has been foreclosed so its back to my parents' had some drama with my car; was seriously thinking to just "fk it" and build a cheap turbo 3.0 v6 to go in place of the iron duke lol...found ebay has the reman long block with tall deck for the 82-85 3.0 FWD engine, and found the early/79 riv turbo manifold that I had wanted since it had the turbo inlet hanging off the back of the manifold, locating the turbo assembly above the trans housing...was thinking it'd b a good long term project...car drama ended on a good note, no need to replace the Iron duke just yet...lol. still lookign for cheap GM with buick engine........oh well; can't afford a t-type or gn or whatever until i get a job....applied to Leupold in WIlsonville, OR.
how's everyone here?
EDIT: no i haven't bought the 3.0; i was just putting together a list of things I'd like to build and a "recipe" of sorts lol.

can our engine be stroked? ive seen stroker 86 and 87s, and v8s, but what about ours? id think we would need a bit more detonation tuning though.
