I have my ideas. I can tell you this, whoever it was that got it will be happy. At that price it is a steal compared to questionable S2 motor I have seen for sale.

Damn i searched all boards and didnt find any "questionable"
stage 2 motors for sale???

I would expect nother more from you or Ted to make people think this.
No hidden agenda on that motor,Everything is out in the open.
Unlike your Nitrous fed record holder

That is pretty funny. I am not making anybody think anything. Your block was cracked in the pan rail and welded. You did not state it in this condition, just that some other crack ended up being something else. Others can go back and read your for sale ads and pull up where you had "everything out in the open".

Was the heat damaged crank usable also?

You are right Ted I didnt type that out originally,But any one that asked about the motor was told,Im not trying to hide anything.I dont need to.
If you reread i posted all about this.
And it was not cracked in the pan rail area as you stated but in the motor mount bolt area.
My engine builder (RPE) said that it does not effect the structural integrity of the block were
tha repair was done.

It's a good thing no one bought the whole car before BG, they would have been replacing the hood, rear end, drive shaft, exhaust, trans and that quality motor.

Dan builds a great turbo/nitrous motor too.:D
