Did u have to cut your hood liner for shield to bolt up

I had one of these style shields on there before....and I do recall having to trim the hoodliner at the bottom edge a little.

Lets talk shifter handles. I love mine. Beats the ugly gray crap gm put out. We can even get the IC guys to go in this special order. I will loan mine like Keith did f0r the heat shield. Think about it. I get questions all the time on these former custom handles.

So I just got home from a long days work and for the past few days been looking for a box and yeah finally here... so on the first inspection of the box and it does not look correct cause its kinda out of shape... opened it and the shield is all tossed up man... dam it, this is the icing on the cake of my long day... all I wanted to do is get home take my shoes off amd have a beer and hopefully my turbo shield would arrive and my day would be chill for the rest of the day... man oh man this shield is scrap metal now...

Yes that's me, I blame the shipper plain and simple... Appreciate the offer... ima bang it out but it just won't be how it should be... There she is...

I like that blue! That's sharp, my offer stands, just let me know. Obviously the shipper is to blame, but I got 2 of them. 1 for the car, 1 for my wheelchair. It would my be a problem for me.
