That is one heck of a radio voice!

Reading through some of the comments on the you tube video, he stands a great chance to some type of voice over or radio work once again. The OP says that WNCI will have him on the morning show tomorrow.

What an amazing story. I've been watching it from the start. I've been a DJ for 25 years and have done voice over work and there is people that would die to have that mans tubes! I was hear broken and crushed when Don LaFontaine passed away. Look him up on google if you never heard of him. He was the voice of god. I think Ted Williams is my new hero after seeing this story! He truly has the golden voice!

Well 3 million hits later it looks like Ted Williams is going to be back on top of the world in no time. The Cav's want him now and he's getting offers from ALL over.

I just saw something on the news about him, he will be on the Today show tomorrow morning, and apparently he was offered a contract I believe with a national credit union organization. Anyway, an incredible voice and an inspiring story!

Apparently he was already involved in radio work in the past but substance abuse got the best of him. Watched the radio interview he did the other day and he talked about it. Hopefully he takes full advantage of this and keeps himself clean. The Cavs offer seems like the way he is going but he can take over for the "Movie Guy" too.

With a 97% recidivism rate for drug addicts that is unlikely. Many drug addicts taper off hard drugs when they run out of money and turn to alcohol instead. Im sure this isnt the first chance he has had to get his act together.

Hopefully with all the publicity he will choose a different path but I would be willing to bet within a year or so he be out there beggen for money on the side of the road again.

Probably needs to have someone looking after him. The temptation has to really be lurking right now for him. Seems like a cool and humble guy and you don't get chances like this very often.

Dealing with a sister in law for quite a few years now who has MAJOR substance abuse issues. Unfortunately she has moved to CT from FL this past summer so she is now near us. Been in the hospital a couple times in the past month, liver is shot and everything else is in bad shape too. Many times she has turned things around but not for long. Only 38 years old and used to be quite a babe but her addictions are always calling. Problem is it is taking a toll on my wife's health with all the stress and worrying about her.

I'm sure he'll have his own personal management crew to keep him on the straight and narrow. NBC hired him a few specialists to help him with all this sudden fame. He will now have all the tools in the world to keep it on the straight and narrow. I have faith in him. With that voice how can you not!
