How popular is this Soulja-Boy "artist"?

I have heard his name before....can't say I have heard his "music".


I'm not living under a rock for the most part......so when I hear he just bought a $55MM decked out G5.....I kinda wanna throw up.

A G5 is a $35MM plane.....he added $20MM to it.


I'm very confused right now.

Sadly, he was fairly popular. With such great pieces of musical amazement as "Crank Dat" and "Yahhh", I am shocked he even has enough money to pay his light bill. His lyrical genius is hard to comprehend.

Current rap annoys me pretty badly for the most part. And this guy ranks at the top of my "annoys the piss out of me" list. His lack of enunciation is so far beyond irritating it's not even funny. That said, enjoy!

And alot of good rappers put out thier own music.

haha, yes.. I agree. I think alot of the older and undergound artists are really talented and put alot of work into thier music...
