As I sit here under 8" fresh new inches of snow wondering when we will be able to pull the TTOPS off and cruise again I brew beer. As I finish up most if not all the changes and additions to the GN noting quite left to do, I brew beer. So I crafted a dark, black strong 9% Russian Imperial and couldn't think of a name, and it hit me. GN 245HP Black Out Stout!! This is just the bottle nothing in it as the stout is in secondary ferment, and to be bottled sat.

I think under the Alc by volume I am going to change that to 8.5% Alky Injection by volume

Yea I know....bored....

Oh, and I have an English ale that is a bit on the bitter side looking for ideas on that one.

I will be bringing the beverage with me to social meets this summer for mass consumption.

The Texas Buick Nationals are on the 9th of May Toby. You bring some of yours and I'll swap you some homemade wine.:D

Man I am all for traveling, but Texas is 1700 miles!! ouch. We need something in KC to make the treks to meet up easier

Just think though, you'll be where it's warm for a couple of days Toby.;) Plus I cook brisket, ribs, and hot links for a dinner the night before and take the left overs to the races.:D

That would be Tyrone from KS (JohndeereGN), not me.;) He's been dealing with farm animals since he was a kid, and you don't want to know whet he thinks "cow tipping" is. Our goats are for milk and food, not your meat.:ROFLMAO:
