painting opinions

just tossing this idea out there.. im wrapping up my sbc turbo GN, and was toying with the idea of getting it painted before i bring it out...

what do you guys think of a satin black?
i have draglites on it, dark tinted windows, 29x10.5 slick, and parachute, other than that it looks like every other one.

In theory a good idea, but it's tough to pull it off where it doesn't just look like primer. What about a vehicle wrap?

eh id rather stay away from a wrap, its not that much of a racecar....

what got me thinkin is Opher (from chitown) is running a race paint special for $1000.

i thought a murdered out gn, rob and big style would be awsome.

It would just look like primer. Paint it Silver if you want to be different.

Dont do it. There is a point where a car has too much black, and just doesnt look right IMO. You could paint it satin, and get a set of aluminum wheels, that would look good. BUT, its your car.
