popping in the rear end

I installed a HR sway bar and UMI upper and lower control arms. Poly bushings in the housing ears. On a very light take off I am getting a popping sound. Anyone got any ideas? Going to pull them off and check for proper lubrication soon. Under normal driving....not a peep.....under light launch....pop, pop, pop.

Wondering if it's cause of the poly bushings or just possible lack of grease getting between the poly and the metal insert? I understand that binding is not sound from the bushings but more the rearend wanting to come around.
