running rich

i have a 237 FPR and #72 injectors matched up with a t66 bb, my reading are around 820mv...i do have the screw on my regulator screwed all the way down(more fuel pressure correct?) i turn the screw outwards and it idle horribly ....what else could i do to lean it out?? i check the plugs and there covered with black carbon

what is your fp at idle with vac line off?

Sounds to me like you have no idea what your fuel pressure is. You need to know this before adjusting the fuel pressure....PERIOD.

Did you upgrade your chip for the new inj's? Did you have the ecm modded for the low impedance inj?
