Evo mechanic for my Talon has the Apex hubless, went about 2 sizes bigger and put down his fastest MPH at 196 but the ET did not improve due to 60ft etc so....

I'll assume for those of us without C02 or Electric Wastgates don't get too greedy on HP vs ET and lose our low torque advantage by going too big on these, grow into them.

I'm looking at the 6262 (x is 900hp) for my Talon next year so it's the same size I got now but better spool and total power yet not a loss in low or mid range torque on a normal wastegate for the street.

Looking forward to hearing and seeing the results at the track.

We went 2 sizes bigger on the comp hubless on a buick and torque was significantly higher and
Moved more fuel
Hit the tire harder
And boost boost earlier.
The chassis needs to be able to handle the earlier power window where the ramp can be brought in
If it can't you will see no drop in ET.
On the other cars with the proper equipment we can make the ramp as early as we want and change the power over time and scramble later.
This how you get a car down.
You will need a good computer
Co2
And someone who can tune the ramps based on the chassis and the surface

Depending on the distance
With these new setups you don't need a great 60ft
Pour it in when the car is rolling and have real power you can apply.
This is one of the advantages of having bigger stuff

Ramp came in very fast cause the track was real good.

With some of the line of thinking in some of the posts I'm reading the lack of new turbo/ramp tune knowledge seems abundant.
I've wrenched/seen/driven on several cars that have dinosaur teck from compression to wastegate to converter,tune up and ramp progressions,suspension and the list goes on.
Send you a Pic of a car you know with a 4 sec tune up hanging the wheels on a smal 28.

I've joined in and received my badass Comp in this week. Looks killer and will be on kill... This looks like one sexy assTurbo. Mr. Spool spec'd this bad boy out for me and delivered within the time as promised. I'd like to call Mr. Spool, Santabut this thing ain't free... LOL
I think the pricing is very competitive compared to the competition but hoping for a little better performance. I'm hoping I will be able to give you guys some data as well if if I can make it to BG 25'.. Until then, you know who to contact for one of these badass mother#@$%.

PS, even the boxing of the Turbo is real nice.
