I bought the 200-4r trans listed by twoqik at the end of October. After weeks of saying he was having problems with shipping he finally got it shipped. Then he lost the tracking number. Then he said it came back to him. He offered to try sending it again or giving me a refund, which I opted for the refund. But has not replied to the offer. I am currently out $725 but have a claim going on Paypal which after a week he has yet to respond with his side of the story. I thought I should let any other members that are currently looking at anything he has posted know as I could not find any feedback for him before I made the deal.

I did some digging and could not find anything under his screen name but a search of his first name came up an old thread about him scamming members on down pipes. He went by Marvins GN and ODamn at the time apparently. This guy is in Texas as a matter of fact, just like the guy in the old thread.

Oh yes. If it goes bad I plan to get in touch with everyone that was involved in that whole deal and see if anyone ever made a case against him. Then when I have to contact his local PD maybe I will have a previous case number to reference to. Its not showing his address on Paypal right now. Atleast I cant find it. Plus it probably isnt a good idea to give it out. Might look bad on my part if this goes as far as it might. I do have his current number though.

It's the same guy. He came to my house about 2 months ago when I was interested in buying a 3.5" single exhuast from him. The exhuast was not up to my standards so, i didn't buy it.

Between his Warren Moore (multiple screen names) and Marvin his alter ego, he must have screwed folks out of at least 10K now.

I feel bad this poor gentleman is out 700 bucks.

Can't believe this scumbag strikes again. DEADBEAT SECTION is needed more and more imo with all AKA'S, Addresses, Phone numbers, E-mails, ETC...!!!

The way people continue to be taken for their money is like shoveling chit against the tide when posting AFTER it takes place.

People need a place to turn to so they can possibly PREVENT getten beat for their money vs. simply complaining about the same people over and over. People keep saying "Should have looked out for that screen name, AKA, etc..."

This piece of **** is back? I was lucky to have my money refunded. Paypal did not come through, I called Visa and wrote a letter with evidence of the last scam and they pulled the money from Paypal.

LOL too funny, anyway, good move to contact Visa, glad you won, It seems he sold a few low ticket items under this new identity... prolly to gain trust of being legit then tossed out a big ticket item and got a big fish to the tune of 700 big ones.

Guess he can be thankfull theres not much street justice left or his azz would be swingin from the gallows pole.

Well his big ticket item was that he also has a t-type roller for sale. I would hate to be the one to pay for that in advance to come pick it up. I dont think a "deadbeat section" would have really helped much. His name wasnt in his user account and I didnt try searching his actual name until after things went bad. But its probably not even his real name, although it is on his voicemail. And trust me, I WILL be filling charges against him if I dont get my money back. $725 is three weeks of pay for me. So I may need to try and get an IP address from an admin from where he has posted and get info from anyone who has been scammed by him before if things go further downhill. What he doesnt understand, he crossed a certain boundry on our deal, what he stole from me is a FELONY. That federal butt-rape prison for him. Not some county place.

I guess what needs to be done is forums with have to do background checks on people before they are allowed to sale items on online. Also, Paypal, of all places, should have done a better job and should have recognized the name or something atleast and done some background checking before he ever made the call. So if I have to get a lawyer, Paypal may be getting a bite out of their ass too.

By all means if something has happened and he has been unable to reach me or answer the Paypal claim, I will appologize here so that everything can be undone. But I dont think anyone, Marvin himself included, would not be doing the same thing considering his names history on the board and the lack of communication.

Not sure if this is the same guy or not. I bought the turbo, DP, TA headers and 3500 stall convertor from him. I got everything as described. Before I bought them, he was relatively new to the board. I had him send me a pic of everything, a pic of everything in front of a turbo buick with the license plate showing and a photo of of a utility bill. Lemme see if I still have the emails.

84supersport, i tried to find him multiple ways, you need TO CALL PAYPAL and get his private information.

At this point, i would assume warren moore and marvin are 2 separate people.
DOES ANYONE HAVE PROOF ITS THE SAME GUY?
