A big THANK YOU to Jack Cotton for all the time, great work, patience and especially taking your personal time on three separate Saturdays to go at Lebanon Valley Dragway with me to help fine tune my car. We got rained out three weeks ago, then ran it last week with a best of 10.06 @ 134.86 mph, decided to bring it back at the shop for a bit of suspension work and back again to the track today and run a "personal best" of 9.90 @ 136.70 mph, (finally into the 9's!) , all this leaving with the foot brake only, NO trans brake!...

Again, thanks, I really appreciate!...you are definitely "THE MAN" !

Claude.

Unbelieveable! I'm so envious. Great times. Sigh.:( I can only dream.

Claude, is that the RPE S2 bullet you got from Jack??

Congrats on your best time, I suspect you will be going much faster when it's turned up.

I hope so! Although I'm very happy with the results, it seems I always want more!... Also it's always a nice feeling when you improve on your personal best.

So Claude what's ur combo? 109 or stage? What turbo and what boost? Thanx
Stage II and 76mm. turbo. As for how much boost, not sure...I wasn't driving on that run, Jack was...

Thanks,

Claude. :)

Stage II and 76mm. turbo.

Are you coming to BG? If so, you should consider running TSL. I don't know th rest of your combo, but it is a Stage2/76mm class. Gary Harmon is the RRA and is always looking for cars to participate in the class.

Yes.

I'm sure Jack had a mild tune in it and Jack isn't known for turning it up so it's probably running less than 20psi if I had to guess. Being it's a RPE bullet and a 76 turbo that thing is going to keep improving on your personal best that's for sure. Again, congratulations on a successful track outing.

It's a little early for me to say if I'll go to BG... I haven't familiarized myself enough with my new setup yet, and also I dunno if my girlfriend will be able to take time off from work to accompany me... I should make it to Englishtown, NJ on Labor Day weekend though

From what I read its a 153 on center stage 2 motor with a tnetics GTK1000 76mm turbo

I dont believe the 76 tnetics i have is a GTK version,we bought it 2 years ago and
its not black. I think ours is good for 850 though.
