bad fuel pump?

new tt chip says to set fuel pressure at 43 H/O set it at that its 38 hose on it is 41 at WOT with 15lbs boost is my fuel pump bad dont know how old it is i think its awalbro 340 w/hot wire

sounds like regulator. apply air from compressor and see if it rises with the motor running
