Jim Bell @ Kenne-Bell is the best; just ask him. So good; he won't even talk to us Buick types anymore.

full throttle has always been good to me. they recently warrantied a lifter and had me a new one in less than a week.

ive had great luck with hartline, gbody,tr custom parts, big wood racing, and rjc.
good luck with cottons, full throttle. i havent dealt with a bad vendor only caught them at bad times i believe thats why i added the great/good luck.

They are all good if you can understand that sometimes things dont go perfect & when people start freaking out they usually wait longer for the part. Treat them decent & you wont have an issue is most cases.

Hartline here. There are many others for sure (RJC) but I have NEVER had a shipping or billing issue with them. Customer and technical support are second to none imo.

I'm not sure if they are vendors here but Aggressive Auto really sucked. It took over a couple of months to get a turbo from them, then when I got it the WG actuator was bent and the compressor housing had marks all over it. Then when I tried to talk to the owner he was always out . Needless to say, If they were the last Buick vendor out there, I would just sell me car.

Jack and Brian Cotton have been EXTREMELY helpful over the years and have always treated me fairly. Jack has frequently prevented me from buying the "Part of the Month" that I didn't need.

RJC is top notch I called talked to Jason and he took the time and he got my business.

Postons back in the day when I use to order parts every week most of them came from them always got what I ordered and shipped very quick.

I have talked to Jack Cotton on the phone one time he was very helpful.

Thanks to all of you.

Hartline has always been more than helpful to me. Even take the time to talk and email prices. Full Throttle is great. Gbody is also another of my favorites. RJC also. I think I own most of Jason's line of products.

Over the years; I’ve dealt with a bunch of vendors; and never had any real problems. Just remember to ask questions about quality and availability of the parts first and understand the return policy.

Jim Bell was quite the codger; but knew his stuff. I never had any problem with the parts, delivery, or quality; but they did seem a little on the “over advertised” side.

I’ve bought parts from RJC; and it was nothing special; but I got what I asked for and was promised. What I do remember was a long eMail chain with Jason about the power plates when some of the engineering students I was working with wanted to know how they worked. He knew he wouldn’t get anything out of it; but he spent a lot of time providing me the history for the final product. Well; maybe Jason will get something out of it after all; if anyone reads this. Sorry for the long wait.

that was my problem with gbodyparts, i needed a 70mm plenum so before i ordered i called and asked if they had it in stock (in stock being the key words) and they said they did. i called back a couple days later and asked if it had shipped yet and they said that they were drop shiped from precision and that he would get me some tracking information. so right after i talked to them i called precision and it turns out there on back order for about 6 weeks:mad: i needed that part to go to woodward. now i need to port my stock one to 70mm which i DIDNT want to do

Full throttle, Kirbans, Cottons and TR Custom parts I've had good results from.

Gbodyfarts....was not impressed, and won't do business with them again.

Kirban, Gbody, Turbo Tweak, Razor's, Full Throttle are all places I have dealt with and come to mind, and all have been excellent. As mentioned, not every vendor can make you happy every time... stuff happens. Be patient, CALL them and speak to someone, (not just an email) Things can usually be resolved quickly.
I hate it when I read a post about someone's service, bad-mouthing everyone, but yet never even spoke with them. Everyone deserves a chance!
That being said, I am sure there are less than desireable vendors out there, and having some background info always helps when choosing a vendor.
Give people (vendors) the same courtesy you expect from them... it goes a long way!

Full Throttle and Kirbans are the only two I have needed so far and have been great. Fast processing and shipping times with quality parts. Turbo Tweak was very helpful regarding chip information.

Oh yeah I almost forgot.....Razor (alkycontrol) and Turbo Tweak are also vendors I've had good experience from.

Hartline, RJC, Scot@ GNS Performance, and yes G-bodyparts.com

I have had very good luck with all these guys! Each has their respective specialties.

Kirbans, Gbody, Turbo Tweak, RJC, Arizona GN, all worked with me and I had good delivery and products.

I have ordered thousands from a lot of venders and have never had a problem. On my A++ list is arizonagn, gbodyparts, fullthrottlespeed, cottons, hartline, kirbans, rjc, alkycontrol, ptsxtreme, buickgn, hrparts, turbo regal custom parts and more. Some times vendors run into hickups its part of the business. I had a issue with a few parts from these vendors but they have always came through and made things right. I will continue to support each and everyone and try to share my business when I order.
