On my 5th and final pass at about the 1/8 mile my motor had enough , oiled the track ( didn't realize how bad it was ) & coasted to the return road , pulled next to the grass and watched a puddle of oil form .

SignUp Now!Boost was at 29-30psi . Still working on getting it out of the hole , but it was making a ton of power after about 200' and pulled hard all the way out the back door to 142mph . The tune was spot on with no anomalies. The car is heavy @ 3800lbs so that's a lot of strain on the motor . I've said it before that the block is the weak link not the rotating assembly when the tune is good .Any theory on why? Big boost?
Maybe stage II , the TA block with machining would be north of $11000 . I'm taking the motor & trans to Dave Husek to see what we can reuse from both . For now I'll probably put the old motor back in so I have my car for the summer . It will still be a ride as I went 10.33 with it before it was pulled .Gonna go stage 2 or TA? I heard TA is gonna be jacking the price way way up.
