CT members, what's the dealio with this retroactive withholding tax?

Hear we are looking at a major hit with a new withholding tax that is retroactive back to January 2011. Is this retro part all coming out of our paychecks in one hit? When is someone going to take out Malloy and his pals?

Not only that, turn the wallet upside down & shake it, making sure all plastic comes out too. Then pull your pockets inside-out. Go back to your car and make sure the glove box is empty, including the change sorter. Then provide the state with your bank routing number and account number so they can suck you dry without the pain of you knowing.
