Last week I replaced my IC hoses and installed a Kirbans FP reg and gauge, also put breathers on both valve covers and blocked the turbo line. Took the car out and the O2 readings were all over the place. Let it warm up, took it for a little run KR was 8+. Replaced O2 sensor tonight and basically the same problems. Boost is set about 16, bot never got over 10. I swear retard read 17 when I lifted but Scanmaster recall said 9.6 w/O2 769 @54mph. I have an old school Casperr thumb wheel chip, first time had it set @3 which is supposed to for 15.6 max boost, WOT 18 deg timing. Tonight I rolled it back to the stock setting. FP set at 43 hose off.

Here are the readings tonight on warmup and after my brief WOT attempt.
AF 07 05
L8 46 35
Bat 13.9 13.2
Int 120 133
BL 128 126
clt 142 192
Ats 87 109
R 775 750
TPS .46 .46
IAC 40 23
cc increase by 3 to 12 each time

Idling at return O2's were (about each second) 214,289,191,113,703,765,410,750,738,613,433,664,632,160,144,214,663,605,292,671,765,132,269,171,125,128128,699...

Appreciate any input and next steps.

What do you mean by blocked the turbo line? I would stay out of boost until you figure out whats wrong.

The 02 bouncing around is normal in closed loop.

Since you just changed the fp regulator I would make sure fp is rising with boost.

Order yourself a new chip.;)

Going to try today to check the FP as boost rises. I do have a Walbro 255 ready to put in, waiting to run out the fuel.

Also have some 50lb injectors ready. New TT chip and alky are on the list. Powerlogger may move up the list if FP doesn't do it.

Built a shop last year and three kids in college this year putting a damper on my fun money!

Follow up for future reference. When I was pulling things apart to install new injectors, I noticed the O-ring on the bottom of the regulator had been pinched and kinked
