SignUp Now!There were at least 5 guys running quicker than your proposed 8.80 index: Ted A, Dave F, Tony G, Avon T, and Chris L. As far as I know, Chris is the only guy who broke because he pushed his car. Dave broke a timing belt, but it had nothing to do with how fast he was going.
WOW! 172 mph! 86, outlaw trim means it wasn't either a qualifying or eliminations pass at a TSO event with the car weighed after the pass. In this case to pick up that much mph I have to think he was testing a new turbo, but that is sheer speculation on my part. Way to go, Dave!
Not true Billy.......Dave's integrity and genuineness and class as a racer has always been above reproach with me and if he told me he did it in TSO trim at his track on a weekend I for one would believe him whether the car was scaled, tech or whatever.
It's quite an accomplishment no matter how you put it and no need to spin it any other way.
Just my two cents.
Congrats Dave, thats crazy fast. Just out of curiousity, what made this a outlaw pass? Was it just because it was not at an event? Unbelievable!!!!!!!

Not sure where I see Rich putting a spin on anything....
I don't see any naysayers here. Just a bunch of guys happy for Dave and his accomplishment.
