not to get off track but the ptc is perfect on the highway and drives better than any lockup ive had or been in.

Running a stage block in a non-stage block class can do that for ya. :eek::p;)

Its still within the ci limit for the class. The block itself isnt making power. Longevity will be a lot better with the stage block no doubt but the rest of it could be dropped in a stock block. Imo that is a dead class anyway.
 
Brian, I'll be at ottos in march for all the wrk to get done...it would be great and I would be willing to compensate u for ur knowledge and advice of what I should do as far as what parts/tuning/ racing techniques etc Basically whatever u tell me to buyor do I will haha. I Want 575whp and 10.40@128 or as far as we can.

You will need a good hook to go 10.4@128. With 575 you will be faster than 128.

I got it. Anyone can call out any cheater. No one has stepped up yet. If you dont catch them at it you dont know if they really cheated.

Oh he is spot on with just about everything he says. I was just breaken his ballz about his encyclopedia of knowledge...... You can take what he says to the bank.

Well me and Otto r hoping for 550-575whp with the things in sig I'm adding

Will I gain Ne from a dif converter? Or is my vig 3200 5disc Gunna make this car go as fast as it's Gunna. On the trans brake I can build 10psi at exactly 3000rpms

You will need to be over 4000rpm if your at 10psi and not moving to have an effective 60'. Sounds like you need a re-stall. Your vig 3200 is more like a 2200.
 
Hmm the converter is a 3200 and pretty much brand new. Is this something u or Otto can do when I bring it there

We can take it out and swap in another converter if you want. Post a vid on youtube of your tach while spooling on the transbrake

i would like to be the first to say thank you for coming out of "tech retirement"
and for helping us slow guys figure all this out...im needing to replace my ta49 now,and this thread could've come at a better time........were listing/learning...thanks again,keep it up.....
 
How about a 6776 DBB? Have you guys tried it?

not yet but i doubt it will pick up any over what weve already tested. Id really like to get a 6262 on it. That is likely the most optimium turbo and should be the best combo of wheels for this engine.
