"No gunshots were fired but deputies may have been armed, he said." What? No shots fired? That's no cop xmas party.....
I stay away from all those parties cause someone usually ends up getting arrested or fired or both. Alcohol will make people do some pretty stupid things which is why I dont even drink.
Them thar east l.a. sheriffs and Monterrey park police didn't like it when i would inform them that they couldn't enter the night club with out surrendering their off duty piece or they had to go leave it in their vehicles, sometimes they would through a fit, i went to blows with a Monterrey park officer it didn't go to well for him so nothing ever became of it, so this recent event didn't surprise me.
I've worked in places where the "wanna be" bouncer attempted to tell me how it was gonna be, when I booked him into jail, the big tears rolled down his face, (usually big fat guy, or muscle bound w/0 IQ)
NOWHERE, does a bouncer determine the law!
I'm not going to get into the LA deputies issue, they were dumb, end of story!
I am very PRO towards any emergency personnel, especially LE and I am hoping that this thread does not get out of hand with any dissing of any LE or LEO,s, whether it be city, county, state, or fed. Many thanks for everybody's consideration.
Gary i think you just got out off hand.

Yes, well, have you noticed that the OP who started this thread is no longer with us. Interesting coincidence, huh?
Well occasionally the toilet has to be flashed. But i just notice that i guess all we can say is go with god. To bad we can't just get along and mind our own business and keep on going with life.
We can, he couldn't.
And BTW, have you been flashing people recently?
Toilets get flushed, people get flashed, and computers & computer chips get re-flashed.
