Go back and reread his page: he was paroled in IL on 9/7/10. I heard from a friend that he's living at his old address, 2827 N Harlem, as of a week ago...

I wonder if he ever googles himself. Hey Joe, you cost me over $10k and over 2.5 years in court because YOU sold ME a stolen car. I'm willing to accept the money you owe me. Let me know if you'd like to get together.

This is a great thread...Was glad to hear he was finally caught, but not so glad to hear that he "might " be luring in more potential victims... I decided to search the phone # that was listed in that craigslist ad & it came back as being registered to a Alphonse Capone(Al Capone?....lol)...and heres a myspace link to a person by that name who I noticed lists his Zodiac sign as a Taurus which is the same as Joey's... Alphonse Capone (J G) on Myspace.....Why doesn't some one who lives near him just drive by his house & check it out or call & make an appointment....

I dealt with him once and he seemed shady from the get-go. The post says harlem and irving but he wanted me to bring my car to his "friends" house on harlem and diversey. Just alot of talk from him and really no action thats when i decided to do a little investigating and found all of this.

I have been following this thread for a few years now and find it extremely stimulating. I just have a little bit of FYI to clear up some things. I was scammed by Joe Cipolla in 2007 for $12,000 here in Arizona. The case was just recently brought to court do to extradition. Joe was paroled from Michigan and Illinois and subsequently transferred to Arizona in November to face trial for these charges. He is currently lodged here at the County detention facility and has been so since November. The prosecutor is seeking five years consecutive to the time he has already done.

If anyone else has seen any Elvis (Joe Cipolla) sightings please advise. I actually called the DA and asked if he was released...and he is safe and sound with Bubbha in his cell.

I don't own a Buick, but I DID own a Lincoln!
