Why cant I build Boost Now,

I just put some soft shoes on and now I cant build any boost at the line, The vac gauge comes up to 0 and the rear tires start spining, Befor I could get around 10psi befor the tires would spin,, I also have the s10 wheel cly too Please help I need to fix this befor next friday, Test & Tune

Either you need to adjust the shoes out some or the radius of the shoes does not match the inner diameter of the drum too well, reducing contact area.
