don't miss those days.. just think about the WCN and the ET's you will be running :).. that should help you with speeding up the install.. good luck..

nope not done yet. only worked on it for about a hour or so. i ran out of sun light so i didnt get far. anyways nick told me i could pick the motor tomorrow mourning but i dont have a truck and no room at my house. i will be picking it up next week. anyways as far as the first picture all the black stuff is old wire loom and electical tape. there are a few tools on the floor and the 2 boxes are stuff i used on my brothers car when installed the LC-1,160 stat,W/B bung, and some other stuff. white box is the lc-1 box. there is a throttle body on the floor with the crusie control assembly took the brackets off so i can take them to the powder coaters tomorrow.

also come to find out im missing alot of body bushings but damn there expensive. need alot of uppers.

If you're missing a lot of body bushings, it's probably time to replace all of them. Fwiw, Kirban & some other vendors have them is sets of the factory rubber.

Hey Boost231 what's the vaseline in the box for?...ahh nevermind..

lol i was waiting for someone to say something about that. its baby vaseline at that. i used it for the o-ring on the tank sender.

sure, un huh !

Brent, your home now, you can forget the camels, and other various other toys,
we believe you, sure, ,
go get your motor, play with it!

well im almost done with painting in engine bay. still dont have a way to pick up my motor. noone has a truck. might have to go rent one for the day.

Hate to bust in with a little serious stuff with all the "fun" happening here, but would like to hear opinions, especially from the out of town people, that plan to attend this event.:)

The schedule has no racing on Friday night. There wil be racing Saturday day, Saturday night and Sunday. To get in a full day of racing on Saturday, I have asked if we can have access for parking and set-up on Friday afternoon. This can be arranged for a limited time on Friday like 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM.

On Saturday, gate will open at 9:00 AM for all racers. We plan to reserve a large pit area like last year for Buick participants, and us locals will do this on Friday afternoon.

Please give your comments or suggestions,

nick sounds good but kinda disapointed there is no racing friday night why is that? my car loves cool weather. anyways if i could help in anyway please let me know. it sure would be nice to have the same area as last year. i would like to get the same spot as my dad and brother will be coming down this year as well so it will be 3 trucks 2 small trailers 1 large trailer and 2 buicks :). i hope i can stay at the track again in the trailer like last year and keep an eye on the cars. also i sent you an email regarding the IAT sensor that didnt make it into the box. no worries as long as its hear this week :)

I expect a bunch of us....

will caravan out on friday, from so cal,
would be nice to be able to dump all the stuff at the track,
and I could hire the post whore to guard it !!

thanks for thinking of all us Nick!

I think that sound like a great Idea Lee. Does anyone know of a good place to stay out there?

No problem staying at the track overnight, but be advised, when the gates are locked, no one can go in or out.

We have the same pit area available as last year so you should be able to pick your same spots as last year.:)

[IAT will be sent today.]

if you guys like i will have no problem whatching your stuff if u want to just drop it off and leave, my dad will be coming down again this year in his toy box so i will be eating and sleeping at the track again.
